Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Notion Widget Tool ("the Tool") provided by NotionPlus ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Tool.
1. Description of the Tool:
The Tool is a micro SaaS product designed to provide widget functionality. It incorporates Google Analytics for analytics purposes, Google Fonts and TailwindCSS for styling, FontAwesome for icons, and Tally.so for certain forms. The Tool's CDN (content delivery network) is hosted on Vercel.app. The Tool offers both free and paid packages.
2. User Information:
To provide the services of the Tool, we may collect and store certain user information. This information includes but is not limited to email addresses, passwords, and membership registration dates. By using the Tool, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, process, and store your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable Use:
You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not use the Tool in any manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Tool or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Tool. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Tool, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks associated with the Tool.
4. Intellectual Property:
The Tool, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NotionPlus and is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Tool are the sole property of NotionPlus. You are not permitted to modify, distribute, reproduce, display, or create derivative works of the Tool without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Tool's performance, availability, or functionality. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be error-free or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NotionPlus, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Tool. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to the Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Tool after any modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Tool immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Tool will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey/Aydın. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Turkey/Aydın.
10. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
